You may also fast travel there by parking under the Autodrome sign behind Salieri's Bar and pressing the required prompt. There are choices for 3, 5, and 10 laps, and you can switch between regular and extreme mode by pulling the lever to the right of the gate. Use one of three parking spots to the right of the Lost Heaven Autodrome entrance to enter a race.
Missions are given by Herbert Baskerville, and completing each one awards a vehicle, weapon, or outfit. After completing the first mission, additional ones will become available as you progress through the game. They are activated by reading the notes in Salieri's Bar. There are 12 phone booth missions in Free Ride. Free Ride mode unlocks after completing An Offer You Can't Refuse. There are options to change the time of day and weather.
In Free Ride mode, Tommy starts at Salieri's Bar with access to his garage, wardrobe, and armory.
